There are places where you can have a spring picnic in Seoul while looking at the forest, lawn and lake. It’s time to grab a picnic basket with a mat and enjoy a beautiful spring day in Seoul.
1. Namsan Park (๋จ์ฐ๊ณต์) spring picnic

Namsan Park occupies a large territory and has several entrances.

Surely, many foreigners have heard about the Itaewon Class (์ดํ์ ํด๋ผ์ฐ) series, which had high ratings. Personally, I watched this series with pleasure and waited for the release of each series. So, one episode from the final series was filmed in this park right on the same place. And of course, after this series the number of people visiting this park has increased. Mostly very popular among young people. Many people come to this park to take the same pictures on the background of the Namsan tower.
Despite its low altitude, due to its location and view from the top, Mount Namsan is very popular as a place to relax. You can climb to the top of the mountain by cable car or by stairs. Climbing on foot is long and difficult. But if you want to take beautiful photos along the way and enjoy the view, admire the flowering trees and flowers, and also breathe of fresh air, then I advise you to try to climb on foot at least once. Also nearby are beautiful routes that are popular among young couples.
Also on top of Namsan Mountain is the Phalgakjon Pavilion, which has a fantastic view. From the observation platform of the Seoul Tower (479.7 m) you can see the whole of Seoul, and you can also enjoy Seoul’s view while dining at the Seoul Tower’s revolving restaurant. Since it is best to enjoy the night view from Namsan Mountain, you can dine on the tower and enjoy the night view of Seoul.
If you go to the very top, you will have magnificent views of the city, and of course a cafe with Korean food and coffee houses, as well as souvenir shops. All railings are hung with locks and hearts with wishes in different languages. Heart-shaped locks are signed and left as a keepsake of eternal and sincere love. You may notice that people began to sign not only locks, but also phone case.
It is possible to take beautiful photos and admire the panorama of the city. The views are just super!
This is a very romantic place for walking, where lovers go on a date. Therefore, I recommend visiting the most romantic place in Seoul with your soulmate.

2.
At the entrance to the park you can rent picnic bedding, tents and strollers for transporting things for a small amount. Since the park is large in the territory there is a special place of delivery.ย This is very convenient and simplifies the task for both you and the courier.
There is a shop in the park where you can cook ramen there. But on weekends there are a lot of people and will have to stand in line. Also in this store you will find everything you need for a picnic.
If you do not want to order and wait for food, you can buy street food at the entrance to the park. Various alcohol is even sold there.
Many people come to this park just to ride a bicycle with a beautiful view. There is a special bike path for this. You can come right after work or study and rent a bicycle with a basket for 1 hour (convenient for those who have a bag with them). 1 hour costs about 1000 won. It is very cheap, which cannot but rejoice.
In spring, summer and autumn, musicians perform here. Usually these are students or schoolchildren of musical institutions, or just lovers of singing. During sunset, a wonderful atmosphere reigns here and is very romantic.

3. Seoul Forest Park (์์ธ์ฒ) spring picnic
There are very spacious walkways, a pleasant aroma of nature, quiet, neat and calm. The place is awesome. All you need to eat – toilets, shops, places to relax. There are a lot of people on weekends, but the park is very large. Here you can have picnics, ride a bike, fly a kite, feed deer and rabbits. There is a small lake with a beautiful bridge and stunning views, playgrounds and various photo areas. It is quiet, comfortable and lots of greenery. For adults, there are tennis, badminton, cricket, volleyball, ping pong, etc.
I was in this park during the cherry blossom season. It turns out very beautiful photos.
